You can't unlock Roy in Super Smash Bros Brawl, he's not in the game! He鈥檚 in Melee and Smash 4 though.
Sorry to break it to ya, but Roy didn't make it to Brawl. Brawl has Marth and Ike for Fire Emblem fans though!
