Get premium vehicles or a premium account. They give you a significant RP boost, and you'll progress much faster through the tech trees.
To earn RP in War Thunder, focus on getting kills, capturing objectives, and completing daily tasks and battle activity. Upgrading your vehicles and playing in higher tiers also boosts RP gains!
From my experience, playing in squads with friends can help a ton. Better teamwork means more victories and, you guessed it, more RP!
