Complete missions and sometimes you'll get one as a reward. So keep an eye out for those side missions!

Focus on Guerrilla Ops missions, some of them grant scientists as part of the reward. Always worth the effort.

Easiest way, recruit 'em from Resistance HQ. Just go to the 'Recruit Scientists' option under Resistance Comms. Boom, extra science!
