Just find and scan 3 Seamoth fragments in the Grassy Plateaus or Mushroom Forest. Then, build it at the Mobile Vehicle Bay. Easy peasy!

To get the Seamoth, you need to scan three Seamoth fragments with your Scanner. You can usually find these fragments in the Grassy Plateaus and Mushroom Forest areas. Once you've got three scans, you'll unlock the blueprint to build it at the Mobile Vehicle Bay. Happy diving!
