You need to save up some Money, then go to the shop and purchase the second floor from the upgrades section. Easy peasy!
Second floor? Just keep playing and earning Money. Once you've got enough, go to the upgrade menu and get it. Simple as that!
Just grind Money by serving customers and once you have enough, unlock the second floor through the upgrade shop.
