To get Shadow Salamence in Pokemon GO, you need to defeat Team GO Rocket leader Sierra when she has a Bagon as her first Pokémon. After defeating her, you’ll have a chance to catch Shadow Bagon, which you can then evolve into Shadow Salamence!
