Actually, you need to be a bit more specific. The Shark Tooth Necklace comes from Dripplers and Blood Zombies during a Blood Moon, but only in the PC version of Terraria. If you're playing on console or mobile, you're out of luck, bud.
Just farm Blood Zombies, easy. Blood Moon = Shark Tooth Necklace time.
Found mine first try on a Blood Moon, just keep killing Blood Zombies and Dripplers. Was super easy!
