How to Get Sharpie Off of a Hot Wheels Car
RegulatingHale路7 months agoRubbing alcohol's your best friend here! Dab a bit on a cotton ball and gently rub the Sharpie marks. It might take a few tries, but it usually does the trick without harming the paint job. Just be patient and work at it slowly. If you're out of rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer can be a decent substitute since it's alcohol-based too.

Nail polish remover works wonders on Sharpie marks, but you gotta be careful. Acetone is strong and can take off more than just the marker if you're not careful. Test it on a small, hidden part of the car first to make sure it doesn't strip the paint.
Magic Eraser might do the trick, but it's kinda like using sandpaper, so be super gentle! It's great for getting rid of tough spots but can also dull the finish or remove paint if you're not careful. Definitely test on a less visible area first.
Just let it be! Adds character to the car. In a few years, that 'custom' artwork could even make it more of a unique collectible. Who knows?
