Honestly, I just stumbled upon Shimmer water by accident while messing around with Liquid Bombs in the Hallow. Thought I broke the game at first, but turns out, it's a legit thing. Easy peasy once you know what you're doing!

Just tossing in a Liquid Bomb into any water source won't magically turn it into Shimmer water. You gotta make sure you're in the Hallow. It's the biome's unique vibe that does the trick.

Getting Shimmer water in Terraria is all about that Liquid Bomb. First off, you need to craft or find a Bottomless Water Bucket and a Liquid Bomb. Then, head over to the Hallow (that magical place with rainbows and unicorns, but also vicious enemies). Use the Bottomless Water Bucket to create an infinite water source, then toss a Liquid Bomb into it. Voila! You've got yourself Shimmer water. It's like your own little magic potion factory.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:
