How to Get Shin Akuma in Street Fighter
In Street Fighter IV, Shin Akuma isn't playable, but you can fight him as a boss by meeting certain conditions in Arcade Mode, like not losing a round and getting a perfect victory.

For Street Fighter Alpha 2, at the character select screen, highlight Akuma, press and hold Start, then press LP, MP, HP simultaneously. Beware, Shin Akuma isn’t a walk in the park!
Trust me, folks, Shin Akuma in SF Alpha 2 will give you nightmares – but so satisfying to beat him once you master the combo!
You can't officially unlock him in Street Fighter IV. But hey, mods are a thing if you're on PC!
