To get a Siege Golem, you first need to unlock the Siege Golem Stone by defeating Terah the Geomancer (a level 48 boss). Once you have that, craft the Siege Golem Stone at your Castle Heart using Stone Bricks, Greater Blood Essence, and Scourgestone. Then, place it to summon your Siege Golem and cause some serious destruction!
