To get the Siege of Boralus dungeon quest, you'll need to progress through the main story of the Battle for Azeroth expansion until you unlock it. Once you’ve completed the related questlines in either Tiragarde Sound (for Alliance) or Zuldazar (for Horde), it should become available. Happy dungeon crawling!

You unlock the Siege of Boralus by completing the War Campaign in Battle for Azeroth. Finish up the required quests, and it’ll pop up!
