Honestly, the fastest method is doing Parallel Quest 2 over and over. It’s a pain but works!
To get the Six Star Dragon Ball in Dragon Ball Xenoverse, grind Parallel Quest 2 (PQ2). It’s a bit of a grind, but the drop rate isn't too bad!
Just farm Time Patrollers in any Parallel Quest. They can drop Dragon Balls, including the Six Star one, but it’s all RNG.
