Sometimes skins disappear due to bugs. Restart the game or check for updates; it might be a glitch that gets resolved with a simple restart.
Check your purchase history and make sure you didn't accidentally refund the skins. If it's missing, contact Epic Games support; they might be able to help you out!
Honestly, good luck. Epic Games support can help, but once they're gone, it can be tricky to get them back.
