You need to find and defeat the NPC Soryu in the game. He's usually wandering around in one of the random spawn locations. Good luck!
Honestly, the Soryu style isn't worth the trouble. Focus on mastering other styles first!
From my experience, track down Soryu and defeat him after you've leveled up significantly. He puts up a mean fight!
