My go-to is to run Void missions. They tend to have a good variety of relics. Don't forget to bring a squad to make it more efficient!
Just do bounties on Cetus and Fortuna. They often give specific relics tied to the current prime release. Also, be sure to do the highest level bounties for better rewards.
Buy them from Syndicates. Use your standing to purchase relic packs. It's a bit of RNG, but it can be a quicker way to snag the relics you need.
Honestly, just trade for them. If you've got Platinum to spare, you can save yourself a lot of time and just grab the relics from other players. Pro-tip: use Warframe Market to make it easier!
