You need to earn the badge called 'The Spy' by getting a Backstab kill using the Reverse glove. Equip the Reverse glove, sneak behind an opponent, and smack 'em right in the back!

I got the Spy badge by using the Reverse glove and sneaking up on players. Try it on a crowded map for better chances.
