Unfortunately, Spyro wasn't released on the PS Vita directly, but you can still enjoy the original PlayStation versions on your Vita by purchasing them from the PlayStation Store as PSone Classics!

I downloaded the first three Spyro games from the PlayStation Store on my Vita, and now I can play them anytime, anywhere! Just make sure to check the PSone Classics section.
