To get Super Saiyan 3 in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you’ll need to progress through the Saiyan transformation missions. After unlocking Super Saiyan 1 and 2, head to the Capsule Corp and talk to Vegeta to initiate the quest that lets you unlock SSJ3. Happy powering up!

You need to get to level 90 and then visit Guru’s House. After boosting your character’s attribute limits, you'll be able to unlock Super Saiyan 3 by continuing the quests at Capsule Corp with Vegeta. SSJ3 here we come!

Just get better at the game; you'll reach it sooner or later.

Super Saiyan 3 is unlocked after maxing out your friendship with Goku through the Instructor system. Once that’s done, complete his missions and you’ll get the SSJ3 transformation. Blast away, Saiyan!
