SSJ5 is usually a fan-made transformation, so you'll need to check with your specific RP group if they allow it. If they do, it's often achieved through intense training and epic battles!
I've been in a few Dragon Ball RPs, and generally, SSJ5 is unlocked after a significant character arc like defeating a major villain or completing a tough quest. Talk to your RP mods!
