You get a Death Mark after killing bosses. Expect the Stalker to show up randomly to try and make your life miserable. Good luck!
To have the Stalker target you, just defeat a few bosses. He'll send you a hate mail (Death Mark) and then show up uninvited during missions.
Basically, you want to annoy the Stalker by completing assassination missions or quests. He pays back with a Death Mark and a surprise visit.
