Easy peasy! Just open up Steam, click on your Profile name at the top right, and select 'Inventory'. Next, hit 'Trade Offers' and look for the 'Who can send me Trade Offers?' section. You'll find your trade URL there. Copy that link, and you're all set to share it with your trading partners!

Just google 'Steam trade link', and follow the instructions on the first legit-looking site. Most of them have pictures if you're more of a visual learner.
