Getting the Steampunker to move in is all about smashing that first mechanical boss! Doesn't matter if it's The Twins, The Destroyer, or Skeletron Prime, just beat any of them and she'll pop up, looking to sell you some cool tech gear. Make sure you've got a suitable house for her to move into; she's picky about her living conditions!

Pro tip: Smash a mechanical boss ASAP and make a swanky house. The Steampunker will move in and sell you jetpacks and teleporters. Best NPC ever, hands down.
