Unlocking Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Vegeta in Dragon Ball FighterZ requires either reaching a certain rank in Arcade Mode or buying them with Zeni. For Goku, beat the Extreme Gravity Spaceship Course in Arcade Mode with an A-Rank or higher, or save up 500,000 Zeni. For Vegeta, dominate the Hyperbolic Time Chamber Course with that A-Rank or higher, or dish out 300,000 Zeni. Good luck on your journey to Super Saiyan Blue!
Just buy the DLC, it's way easier than grinding.
I unlocked Super Saiyan Blue by mastering the Arcade Mode challenges. It took some time, but the thrill of seeing that transformation made it all worth it!
