To get Super Saiyan Blue in Dragon Ball X, you need to have already unlocked the Super Saiyan God form. Once you have that, train with Whis or perform specific quests to awaken the Super Saiyan Blue transformation!
Wouldn't bother with it, just enjoy playing and the transformations will come naturally.
Honestly, just grind through the main story and complete the special training missions with Whis. Patience and lots of beatings work wonders!
