Sorry to burst your bubble, but Super Smash Bros Melee isn't available on the Switch. Stick to Super Smash Bros Ultimate for now.
If you're itching for Melee on the go, look into Dolphin Emulator with a portable device. Though, that's more of a gray area.
Nintendo, what are you waiting for? No Melee on Switch, only Ultimate for now. Hope and pray for a future release!
No official port of Super Smash Bros Melee exists for the Switch. Only emulation or modding will work, but it's a risky move.
