Alrighty! So, in Super Mario Odyssey, there isn't an official 'Superstar Mode.' Maybe you're thinking of something like the Superstar ability, but if you meant some secret mode, it ain't in this game! Just enjoy the power moons and Cappy adventures, my friend!
I've played through Odyssey more times than Bowser's kidnapped Peach, and I can confirm there's no Superstar Mode. However, every Mario game is a superstar in its own right!
