If you're a modder, installing SweetFX for Total War: Warhammer 2 is a piece of cake. Just get SweetFX from http://sfx.thelazy.net/, paste the files in your game directory, and tweak the settings to your heart's content in the SweetFX_settings.txt file. Voila, you're done!
Pro Tip: Use ReShade instead of SweetFX. It's easier and better.
