Sorry mate, you had to get it in Season 3 by reaching Tier 31. It's not available anymore.
I got 'Take the L' by grinding the Season 3 Battle Pass to Tier 31. It's a real trophy now since it's not obtainable anymore!
You need to have reached Tier 31 of the Season 3 Battle Pass to get 'Take the L'. Unfortunately, if you missed it, there's no way to obtain it now.
