Oh, easy peasy! To get the Tavern Keeper in Terraria, first off, you gotta defeat the Eater of Worlds or the Brain of Cthulhu. These bosses are your ticket in. Once you've shown either of them who's boss, the Tavern Keeper will randomly spawn near you. So, keep your eyes peeled for a new NPC wandering around your world. Can confirm, beating Eater of Worlds was a game-changer. The Tavern Keeper just popped up near my base the next day. Building the Eternia Crystal Stand and getting into the Old One's Army event added a whole new layer to my Terraria gameplay!
