Sorry to break it to you, but Tears of the Kingdom, being a Nintendo exclusive, won't officially be available on Steam or for the Steam Deck. However, the Steam Deck is pretty versatile as a handheld PC, so there might be workarounds using emulation, but keep in mind, those paths come with their own legal and ethical considerations.

You can't. Tears of the Kingdom is a Nintendo exclusive, and they're not sharing. No Steam Deck joyride with Link and pals.
It ain't happening directly, chief. Nintendo's pretty strict about where its games go, and Tears of the Kingdom won't be making an official trip to Steam. There are, ahem, 'other ways' to play it on Steam Deck, but you didn't hear that from me.
