Tellurium is a rare resource. The easiest way to get it is by farming Archwing missions, especially Erpo on Earth. Good luck, Tenno!

Run Grineer Sealab Defense, Survival, or Archwing missions. Rotation rewards often drop Tellurium. Don't forget to bring a Nekros for that sweet Desecrate.

I've had great luck getting Tellurium on Kuva Fortress missions. It's a bit challenging but totally worth it for the drops!
