Easiest way is to farm Sisters of Parvos. You need to reach Rank 1 in the Granum Void first, then you can create a Sister by defeating Tenet Treasurers.
Honestly, just focus on Granum Void missions and create Sisters of Parvos. All the Tenet Weapons are worth it!
