It's simpler than it sounds! Just progress in the game until you unlock the Room of Requirement. From there, grab some Tentacula Seeds from the Magic Neep, plant them on your Potting Table, and wait for them to grow. Easy peasy magic squeezy.
Getting Tentacula in Hogwarts Legacy is part of the fun! You'll first need to unlock the Room of Requirement, which happens as you progress through the main story. Once you've got that space, you'll be introduced to a quest that teaches you how to use the Conjuring Spell. Complete this quest, and you'll be able to conjure a Potting Table, where you can grow plants, including Tentacula. Just remember, you need Tentacula Seeds, which you can buy from the Magic Neep in Hogsmeade or find while exploring.
