How to get to the 1200m deep alien facility in Subnautica
First, upgrade your Cyclops and Prawn Suit with depth modules. Then, head to the Lost River biome and follow the tunnels down to the “Inactive Lava Zone.” You'll find the entrance to the Alien Primary Containment Facility there!

Make sure you have the depth upgrades for both the Cyclops and Prawn Suit. Enter the Lost River and navigate to the Lava Lakes. You'll see the big alien structure there.
Just head straight down through the Lost River and into the Lava Lakes. You can't miss it.
Follow the glowing green brine river in the Lost River biome until you reach the Lava Lakes. The entrance to the 1200m alien facility will be there.
Your journey begins at the Lost River! Make sure you have all necessary upgrades and follow the tunnels to the Lava Lakes. The Alien Primary Containment Facility is located deep within.
