Just buy them from the TP Medal Shop when they're in the inventory. Why grind when you can buy?
Do PQ 4 or PQ 23 and defeat the Time Patrollers. You'll get a Dragon Ball drop eventually. RNG can be cruel, but hang in there!
I've been through this grind! Just farm Time Patrollers in the PQs. The drop rate isn't great, but persistence pays off!
