The Absolute Carnage suit in Spider-Man 2 can be unlocked by completing all of the game's side missions and collecting all available tokens. Once you've done that, go to the suit crafting menu and it should be available!

You actually need to beat the game first and then finish the 'Carnage Returns' side quest to unlock the Absolute Carnage suit. It's definitely worth it for that extra cool look!
