First, talk to Teshin in any Relay to get started. You'll need to complete the Mastery Rank 3 test to unlock Conclave. From there, just enter Conclave mode through the Star Chart and dive into PvP battles!

I started Conclave by talking to Teshin in the Relay after I hit Mastery Rank 3. It's pretty straightforward from there; just queue up and enjoy some PvP action!
