Oh, the elusive cop outfit! To snag that in GTA 5 Online, you've gotta pull off a bit of in-game trickery. First, start the 'Crooked Cop' mission. Now, here's where it gets fun: when you're in the outfit selection menu, choose the cop outfit. Don't start the mission though! Instead, tease the system by launching a job through your phone and quitting. Voila, you should spawn back with the cop outfit in free mode. Remember, this requires a bit of timing and luck, so if at first, you don't succeed, try and try again!
Just do the mission trick, man. I tried it, and after a couple of attempts, it totally worked. Felt like a badass cop roaming around. Definitely worth the effort.
