To craft the Deathbringer Pickaxe in Terraria, you'll need 12 Crimtane Bars and 6 Tissue Samples. You can get Crimtane Bars by defeating the Eye of Cthulhu or by mining Crimtane ore with a good enough pickaxe. Tissue Samples are dropped by the Brain of Cthulhu and its minions in the Crimson biome. Once you have the materials, head over to an Anvil, and you're all set to craft it!

Just mine it lol. Nah, just kidding. You gotta beat the bosses in the Crimson area to get the materials. Then, hit the anvil with your best shot.

FYI, don鈥檛 waste time trying to mine for the Deathbringer Pickaxe or hoping for a random drop. It鈥檚 purely a craftable item. So beat those bosses and start crafting!
