Use the nickname trick: Rename Eevee based on the evolution you want: Pyro for Flareon, Rainer for Vaporeon, Sparky for Jolteon, Sakura for Espeon, Tamao for Umbreon, Linnea for Leafeon, Rea for Glaceon, and Kira for Sylveon. But this only works once per evolution type!

Use special Lure Modules at PokéStops: Mossy Lure for Leafeon and Glacial Lure for Glaceon. Just spin the stop and then evolve Eevee!

Sylveon evolution requires earning 70 hearts with Eevee as your buddy; after that, you just evolve it like normal.

Honestly, just get lucky with random evolution for Jolteon, Vaporeon, and Flareon if you've already used the nickname trick.

For Espeon and Umbreon, walk your Eevee 10 km as your buddy, then evolve during day (Espeon) or night (Umbreon).
