Farm Heroic control points and missions with targeted loot set to gloves or gear. Also, keep an eye out for weekly invasions and specific bosses!

You gotta grind those Heroic missions and targeted loot missions! They have a chance to drop in higher difficulty (Heroic) activities, especially if Armor or Gloves are the targeted loot. Loot those Hyena bosses for extra luck.
