How to Get The Division 2 Exotic SMG Chatterbox?
To get the Chatterbox, you need to farm Hyenas' chests for the components. Look for Outcasts or Hyenas caches in their designated zones, open enough of those crates, and the pieces will start dropping. Make sure to hit up Jefferson Trade Center for the blueprint!

Just open random chests in Hyena territories until it drops. A bit of a grind, but totally worth it for that Chatterbox mayhem!
Just buy the blueprint from a friend who already got it. Much easier than running around!
Heads up! You gotta loot those Hyena crates! Check Downtown East, Federal Triangle, and Judiciary Square. Keep opening those until you have all parts: Loaded Canister, Creative Magazine, and Modified Mods Framework. Don't forget to craft it at your bench after collecting them all.
