Alright, to get Dragon Talon, you first need to have 400 mastery on Dragon Breath. After that, head to the Second Sea and talk to the Martial Arts Master at Ice Castle. You'll need 3,000 fragments and a Fire Essence to unlock it!

I got my Dragon Talon by mastering Dragon Breath to 400, collecting the fragments, and finding the Fire Essence. Took some time, but totally worth it!

Honestly, getting Dragon Talon is pretty straightforward. 400 Dragon Breath mastery, 3k fragments, Fire Essence, and a visit to Ice Castle. Good luck!

Yo, just grind up to 400 mastery on Dragon Breath. Then hit up the Ice Castle in the Second Sea, find the Martial Arts Master, and pay him 3k fragments and a Fire Essence. Boom, Dragon Talon!
