Just craft it lol. But seriously, level up to 25, do the "Miner Miracles" quest at Garrahan Mining HQ, and gather tons of materials. Happy crafting!
Getting the Excavator Armor in Fallout 76 is like hitting the jackpot for any wastelander wanting that extra protection and carry weight! First off, hit level 25, cuz you ain't crafting this beauty any earlier. Then, mosey on over to the Garrahan Mining Headquarters, it's south of the Ash Heap region. You gotta complete the "Miner Miracles" quest there. This quest makes you dig up some materials and craft the armor parts at a Power Armor Station. Remember, gathering all the materials might take some time, so be patient or be ready to scavenge hard!
