To get the extra dragon in Town Square, charge and jump across the gap near the beginning of the level. Then, climb the steps and glide from the highest point to reach the platform with the dragon!

Remember to use the supercharge ramp if you're stuck; you'll need the extra speed to make the jump to the final platform.
