So to get to the Glass Desert, you need to open the Ancient Ruins. Do this by unlocking the Moss Blanket and Indigo Quarry first. After navigating the ruins, find the teleporter which requires Plorts from 6 different slime types. Once you activate it, it's desert time, baby!
