You can get halos in Tower of Hell by collecting all of the effects in the game. Once you've gathered them all, you'll earn the Green Halo!
The Red Halo involves completing all the stages in every possible order, so basically, practice, practice, practice!
Want the Blue Halo? You need to complete 150 different tower sections. It's tough but absolutely worth it!
Honestly, just focus on enjoying the game and the halos will come eventually.
