How to Get the Hellforge in Terraria
Easy peasy! Just head on down to the Underworld (also charmingly known as Hell) in Terraria. You'll spot Hellforges on top of the buildings down there. No need to bring anything special to pick them up - a standard hammer will do the trick! Just whack it with the hammer, and it's all yours. Make sure to bring some potions or gear up properly, though, because the Underworld is no walk in the park. Happy forging!

Just grab it from the Underworld. You don't need anything fancy. Any hammer works.
Honestly, getting a Hellforge is overrated. Just find someone's world who doesn't need theirs anymore. Much easier than fighting all those demons.
