I did it last summer, and oh boy, completing each level with every weapon was a marathon. Worth every squid second!
Simply put: clear the single-player campaign with each weapon type. Good luck!
To unlock the Hero Replica weapons in Splatoon 2, you need to complete all the levels of Octo Canyon using the corresponding Hero weapon. It's a bit of a grind, but hey, you'll be the hero of your own story!
